1. Remove the foil wrapper when you’re ready to use the test.
2. Hold the absorbent tip in your urine stream for 5 seconds.
3. Lay the test stick flat. Its smart countdown will begin to flash — just for you to be sure that the test is working.
4. In 3 minutes, your test results will appear in words.
